Pure reselling partner who adds value with their implementation & Support services. Certification (Sales & Implementation) required for different Partner levels.
ISV Embed partners are software companies who can extend their own platform (ERP etc) by embedding iVend within their own solutions. White label iVend as own solution to position in Retail vertical
OEM Partners can bundle iVend (or modules) into a total solution typically with hardware or payment gateways. Such partners can position their offerings by bundling iVend with their products.
Innovation Partners are companies with innovative retail solutions (eg. fraud protection, micro-verticals etc) who can position their solutions in iVend base.
Value Added Resellers
VAR Developer is essentially a technology partner who extends iVend Platform by developing modules using iVend API’s or use of source code. Developer Certification required.
Partner program members are able to use the CitiXsys website Partner/Customer Portal for information on CitiXsys products & services and can raise queries which are answered within 24 hours. This turnaround time is as per the Standard License Agreement (SLA) between the Partner and CitiXsys.
There are multiple levels of partnerships that have been established. The CitiXsys Partner Program enables companies to make the most of the opportunities available in the marketplace.

Follow the 3 Steps:
Step 1: Complete the documentation
- Complete the iVend Reseller agreement.
- Complete the iVend "Items excluded from support addendum to the re-sellers agreement".
- Complete the WLM Software Partner Agreement.
Step 2: Forward documentation to WLM Software
Initial all pages, scan and email them to email@example.com . WLM Software will get in touch with you to discuss the way forward while iVend Retail process your application. A notification email will be sent on successful registration, giving you access to the iVend Retail knowledge base portal.
Step 3: Followup Meeting
A WLM Software representative will arrange a meeting to further discuss certification, training and pricing procedures.
